We focus on advising federal agencies with implementation of GSA’s Total Workplace Solution and work with client agencies looking to cut costs, increase productivity, maximize the use of their real estate footprint and create a greener office environment.
With a staff over 35 people, we provide support on many local and nationwide federal projects in the Continental U.S. All personnel have extensive facilities support and project management experience, providing a depth of experience that is unparalleled. Our technical staff includes program managers, project managers, construction managers, architects, furniture designers, CAD and CAFM analysts, interior designers, asset managers, realty specialists, financial specialists, and facilities support staff.
